How We Work?

Every project follows a structured manufacturing process, from the initial inquiry to worldwide delivery. Our approach is designed to ensure clear communication, reliable production, and consistent quality throughout every stage.

Initial Inquiry

Every project begins with an initial consultation to understand your technical, commercial, and branding requirements. During this stage, we gather information regarding the intended application, target market, product categories, estimated order quantities, preferred fabric constructions, dimensions, color requirements, branding expectations, and any special packaging or compliance requirements. This allows us to evaluate the project from both a manufacturing and commercial perspective before recommending the most suitable production approach.

Technical Consultation

Following the initial review, our team works closely with you to define the technical specifications of the project. Discussions may include material composition, GSM, weaving method, yarn selection, dimensions, dyeing requirements, embroidery or jacquard applications, finishing treatments, labeling, packaging options, and any customer-specific requirements. The objective of this stage is to ensure that every technical parameter is clearly defined before pricing and production planning begin, minimizing revisions during later stages of the project.

Commercial Proposal & Quotation

Based on the approved technical requirements, a detailed commercial proposal is prepared. Our quotation outlines product specifications, minimum order quantities, pricing structure, production lead times, applicable Incoterms, payment conditions, packaging details where applicable, and any additional manufacturing services requested. We believe transparent quotations provide a clear commercial framework and allow both parties to proceed with confidence before production activities begin.

Design Review & Digital Mock-up

For customized products, private label developments, embroidered articles, jacquard designs, or bespoke hospitality collections, digital concept visuals are prepared prior to physical sampling. These mock-ups provide an opportunity to evaluate logo placement, branding elements, border layouts, color combinations, and general product appearance before manufacturing begins. This collaborative review process helps identify potential adjustments early, reducing unnecessary sampling revisions and ensuring alignment with the customer's branding expectations.

Sample Production

Where requested, physical production samples are manufactured for evaluation prior to bulk production. Samples enable customers to assess material quality, construction, workmanship, dimensions, color accuracy, branding applications, and overall product performance. Feedback received during this stage is reviewed carefully, and any agreed revisions are incorporated before production approval is granted. Sample production plays an important role in ensuring that the final manufacturing process reflects the customer's expectations as accurately as possible.

Approval

Once all technical specifications, commercial conditions, product designs, and sample evaluations have been finalized, the project proceeds to formal production approval. At this stage, all manufacturing documentation is confirmed, raw material planning is completed, and production scheduling is coordinated according to the agreed delivery timeline. This structured approval process ensures that every department involved in manufacturing is working from the same finalized specifications.

Manufacturing

Production is carried out in internationally certified manufacturing facilities located in Denizli, Türkiye, one of the country's most established textile manufacturing regions. Every order is produced specifically for the individual project rather than supplied from existing stock. Throughout production, manufacturing processes are monitored to maintain consistency in fabric quality, dimensions, workmanship, finishing, and branding applications while adhering to the approved technical specifications established during earlier project stages.

Quality Assurance & Inspection

Before shipment, finished products undergo quality inspection to verify compliance with the approved manufacturing specifications. Inspection procedures may include dimensional verification, workmanship assessment, visual appearance, embroidery or branding inspection, packaging verification, and general product consistency. The objective of our quality assurance process is to minimize discrepancies between approved samples and the finished production while maintaining the standards expected by hospitality and private label customers.

Export Coordination & Worldwide Delivery

Upon completion of production and final quality approval, export documentation and shipment arrangements are coordinated according to the agreed commercial terms. Depending on the destination and Incoterms selected, shipments may be arranged under EXW, FOB, or other mutually agreed conditions. Throughout this stage, our team maintains communication regarding production completion, shipment preparation, and logistics coordination to ensure a structured transition from manufacturing to final delivery.
